Gravel access-road maintenance: what to include in a work enquiry
Describe potholes, washboard, drainage concerns and traffic when planning gravel access-road maintenance in the Peace Region.
A request for “more gravel” may describe only one part of an access-road job. Start by explaining the road’s condition and the problem you want addressed. That helps dispatch discuss whether the enquiry involves material supply, maintenance or a broader scope.

Describe what you can observe
Mention potholes, washboard, ruts, soft sections and places where water collects. Explain whether the concern affects the whole road or a few sections. If it appears after certain weather or traffic, include that observation without assuming a cause.
